Fear can be reduced by increasing your understanding & awareness around fear, reducing your association with it and working through it by boosting your skills and practicing, with appropriate support. If you have significant fear, it is suggested you explore one of the Presenting for the Petrified eCourses, most especially the LIVE program, with group sessions

No. It’s an informal session offered to anyone who is doing this short Taster or the Presenting for the Petrified self-study eCourse. They typically run monthly (on Fridays around 15:00ish GMT). They are not recorded
